    SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 2004--Magma(R) Design Automation Inc. (Nasdaq:LAVA), a provider of chip design solutions, today became a Corporate member of Accellera, the electronics industry organization focused on electronic design automation (EDA) standards. By joining Accellera, Magma has pledged to become actively involved in defining and evolving the SystemVerilog standard, implementation efforts, and interoperability definitions.
