The direction of technology with low powered circuits is very encouraging, but I would like to suggest that the fundamental problems that are associated withy this design should be looked into so as to come up with better and much more effective electronic devices. Issues for example in circuit libraries and standard cells which are designed for fixed bias currents at the mA level should be addressed. Some designers are also afraid of coming out of the psychological micro amp barrier. Thanks
