@Viking: I believe the actual Elegy is under the title called 'The Elegy'---From my point of view---this is a Free verse poem which does not follow the rules, and has no rhyme or rhythm; but is is still an artistic expression.

"Elegy" versus "Eulogy"
Was the title of the article supposed to be "An Eulogy for Moore's Law"?  An "elegy" is a poem of serious reflection, typically a lament for the dead, whereas an "eulogy" is a tribute to someone that has passed away (or "passed" in the vernacular).  I did not see any poetic content in the article, but perhaps my perception of "poem" is different?
