Give Me Back My External Wi-Fi Antenna Connector, Please

Changing the antenna is not exactly legal, and I have often questioned the fact that the industry has standardized on the reverse SMA connector as the 'non-standard' connector.  At some point the FCC will question that.

Simple Solution
How about using a USB WiFi adapter with an enternal antenna connection. When you move the computer just unplug the USB which would not be much different unpluging the antenna cable on the old system.
