San Jose, Calif.—Pericom Semiconductor released a line of voltage clock buffers. This generation of clock products enables effective clock distribution with tight signal integrity requirements for networking, storage, and telecom infrastructure applications such as Gigabit Ethernet.
The buffers offer low skew (70 ps), controlled duty cycle, and integrated low phase noise crystal oscillator options. The PI6CL1080x / PI6C1080x family operates with supply voltages of 1.2V/1.5V and 1.8V/2.5V respectively, and accept input voltages of up to 3.6V.
Available now in sample and production quantities, pricing ranges from $0.80 to $1.00 in quantities of 5,000. For more information and individual data sheets click here.
