Digital-output temperature sensor is accurate to 0.5 C

Dallas&#8212Texas Instruments' TMP275 digital-output temperature sensor, suited for communications, computer, consumer, environmental, industrial and instrumentation applications, is accurate to &plusmn0.5&degC from +10 to +85&degC. It's accurate to &plusmn0.75&degC from 0 to +100&degC.

Its two-wire serial interface is I2 C/SMBus-compatible. Additional features include programmable resolution (9- to 12-bit), up to eight different addresses for flexibility in interface bus designs, low-power consumption (0.5 microamp), and 0.1 microamp shutdown current.
