Overlapping zeros for stop band
What if hypothetically, you wanted to receive a signal that's some sub harmonic of the transmitter's carrier frequency, but you wanted to make the transmitter easy to manufacture, so you don't want to require the transmitter to have tight carrier frequency specs.  On a receive filter, you could make it have a notch centered at the expected carrier frequency using multiple nearly overlapping stop band zeros.  You can make the notches deep and wide and worry less about variances of the transmitter carrier frequency.

A battery management system (BMS), in addition to many other functions, has to closely monitor voltage, current, and the temperature of battery cells and packs. Temperature measurement is important in preserving the operational characteristics of both the cells and the BMS itself, as well as optimizing the state of health (SOH) by preventing degradation.
