Avago Technologies MGA-30×89 family consist of three high linearity broadband gain blocks/driver amplifiers based on Avago's proprietary 0.25um GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process. These devices provide a simple DC biasing matching scheme which means there's no additional RF matching components required. The devices built-in temperature compensated internal bias circuits provide stable current over temperature and process threshold voltage variation. The MGA-30x 89 family is housed in an industry standard SOT-89 package (4.5 x 4.1 x 1.5 mm) Ease-of-use and broadband performance make the MGA-30×89 family ideal for use as a driver or gain block amplifier across a wide range of applications including cellular (LTE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, GSM and CDMA2000) and WiMAX wireless base station, along with other 40MHz to 6000MHz range wireless systems.
