Single-conversion tuner for mobile TV achieves low BOM

Sunnyvale, Calif.—Maxim Integrated Products has introduced the MAX2165 highly integrated, single-conversion tuner for DVB-H, mobile TV applications.

The MAX2165 tuner integrates all of the tuning functions along with an RF-tracking filter; low-noise amplifier; transmit-reject notch filter; and programmable baseband, lowpass channel-selection filters into a small, 5mm x 5mm, 28-pin TQFN.
