Texas Instruments Inc. has introduced a low-power Class-G headphone amplifier with an integrateddigital-to-analog converter (DAC) and power rails for mobile handsets and media players.
According to TI, the TLV320DAC3202 is the only standalone headset driver with digital input I2 S and an integrated clocking system that delivers 100-dB SNR at 6.5 mW . The TLV320DAC3202 amplifier allows designers to maximize audio playback quality while extending battery life in moderately priced music phones and other portable consumer electronics.
